Advice to a Dharma center about selling and buying a new property.
- Do the extensive Four-Mandala Offering to Tara five times. If possible, do the extensive version with extensive offerings. (We normally do the shorter version.)
- Recite the Diamond Cutter Sutra three times at the center.
- Recite the names of Manjushri three times at the center.
