Practices Before Buying a House

Rinpoche advised a student to do these practices before buying a house.
Recite the following:
- Diamond Cutter Sutra: 115 times
- Gye tong pa (8,000 Verse Prajnaparamita): 400 times
Then it is very good to buy the house, otherwise there will be some obstacles. If you do this, then it’s good. It has to be done on the property.
