Advice to a Dharma center about selling and buying a new property.

  1. Do the extensive Four-Mandala Offering to Tara five times. If possible, do the extensive version with extensive offerings. (We normally do the shorter version.)
  2. Recite the Diamond Cutter Sutra three times at the center.
  3. Recite the names of Manjushri three times at the center.

Buying Land

A student who wanted to buy land wrote to Rinpoche asking for advice on what he could do to achieve this.

Dear one,
Regarding the land next door, you need to read the Golden Light Sutra four times.

Then, whoever is living at the Dharma center needs to recite the Akashagarbha mantra thirty times.

Selling Land

Rinpoche gave the following advice regarding what a student needed to do to be able to sell some land.

I checked and you need to do the following quickly:

  1. Your family and friends and the center should recite the Heart Sutra and the Diamond Cutter Sutra as much as you can.
  2. Do Tara puja and do it very well, with very strong prayers to Tara for success.
  3. Make offerings to Ksitigarbha and strong prayers to Ksitigarbha. You and your family can do this.
  4. Request Gyuto Tantric College to do Drugchuma puja eleven times. You can ask Geshe-la to call them and arrange this.
