My most dear, most kind, most precious, wish-fulfilling one,

I checked regarding the two job options and neither come out. This is what you need to do:

Cittamani Tara puja can be arranged at the center and needs to be done four times. Mainly for you to pray to Tara.

You should recite one mala of the Buddha’s name and mantra every day. You can find the Holy Name Mantra that Fulfills Wishes in the booklet How to Make My Lives Wish-Fulfilling: The Method to Transform a Suffering Life into Happiness. Think the Buddha constantly sends nectar purifying you, your family and all sentient beings, beginning mainly with yourself then all sentient beings. Then you become enlightened, you and your family and all sentient beings. Dedicate to achieve bodhicitta and enlightenment, by sealing with emptiness. This is for success. This is the Buddha’s name mantra for success.

Rinpoche did more checking and said it’s very good if you can recite the following to help with a new job:

• Jamphel Tsenjö [Chanting the Names of Manjushri]: Once a week.
• Tendrel Nyesel [a short prayer to Padmasambhava]: Every day.
• Zungdu [a collection of dharanis found in the Kangyur]: Once a month. Others can help you do this one.

I am sorry for the long delay. I checked and it came out best for you to look for another job.

If you can, recite these two mantras:

• Celestial Mansion mantra [Celestial Mansion Extremely Secret Sublime Success Mantra]
• Mantra from the Golden Light Sutra. 

Recite these two mantras for success. That is good, not only for now, for your job, but the main thing is to achieve enlightenment, to free the numberless sentient beings from the oceans of samsaric sufferings and to bring them to full enlightenment, and all the other successes.

What comes out best is if a group of people gather at the center and recite the Arya Sanghata Sutra nine times. It comes out best if this is done by a group of people at the center.

If nine people come, then you just have to recite it one time, as you can count each person’s recitation as one time. It is a long sutra, so it could be done over a few sessions.

The dedication should be for you and for your enlightenment, and then specifically for the removal of obstacles to finding job.

The other practice that come out for you is to recite the Norbu Zangpo Zung mantra every day.

Rinpoche checked and said it’s not an easy situation. The following practices need to be done:

• Tonglen practice, done very well and in a complete way, in three parts.
• Take every opportunity to rejoice as much as you can.
• Recite the dependent arising mantra in the Heart Sutra as much as you can. Do this for a minimum of one month, at least five times a day.

Rinpoche read your email last night and spent a long time checking. This is what came out:

1. Rinpoche will do Hayagriva puja.
2. Read the Arya Sanghata Sutra at least once, but [more] is better. This comes out very, very good for you to find a job.
