Obstacles to Finding Work

Advice to a student who was having difficulty in finding a job.
Rinpoche checked quite a bit and advised the following:
1. Make King Gesar of Ling prayer flags and put them in a high mountain place. King Gesar is said to be an incarnation of Padmasambhava.
2. Either buy a statue of Guru Rinpoche, about 18" to 24", or have it made. Then keep it on your alter.
3. Recite the three prayers of Guru Rinpoche to do with dispelling obstacles. Keep reciting them for as long as the problem exists. When reciting these prayers, do so by taking strong refuge in Guru Rinpoche.
4. If you can, take the initiation of Guru Rinpoche and Kurukulla.
