Rinpoche gave the following advice to a nun who was doing one thousand nyung näs and was concerned at heretical thoughts arising in her mind. She had completed fifty-eight nyung näs.
I think that you saw some problems in your life, and your mind was overwhelmed by that.
A student felt that their practice was not progressing. They had the motivation and plans for practice, but they always seemed to take a step back and felt blocked.
