Antidote to Lung
A Tibetan man living in the USA asked Rinpoche for advice about tsok lung (wind imbalance), which he had experienced for most of his life. The lung had led to depression and other problems, but had also brought faith in Dharma.

A student advised that during his stay in Nepal, his lung got worse and he couldn’t do any retreat at all. He felt there was an obstacle to his recovery.
A student had severe lung for many years. He had read Balanced Mind, Balanced Body, a book about lung by Amy Cayton. His lung had slowly improved in recent months and he could do a little practice every morning and evening. He did refuge, bodhicitta, the seven-line prayer to Guru Rinpoche and some shamatha without an object. The student wrote to Rinpoche asking for advice.

Dear Lesley, You need to do controlling and wrathful fire pujas. Not everyone can do the wrathful fire puja. Maybe you can request Bari (Dagri) Rinpoche through Tushita Meditation Centre. Tushita can organize it and Bari Rinpoche can do it there.
My feeling is that you have lung, as well as some spirit harm.
