These teachings include extensive commentary on the Thirty-five Buddhas practice, the offering bath and dedications, along with recitation of the puja

Teachings during Amitabha and White Tara long-life initiations and a White Tara retreat. Included is the lung (oral transmission) of the Amitayus mantra and the long-life sutra.

The teachings offered here form the basis for Chapters 8 to 10 of the book Teachings From the Medicine Buddha Retreat.

Lama Zopa Rinpoche gave these teachings during a Thousand-Arm Chenrezig Retreat held in Taichung, Taiwan, February-March 2001.
