His Holiness Trijang Lobsang Yeshe Tenzin Gyatso (1901–1981)
The Third Trijang Rinpoche, late junior tutor of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, was also the root guru of Lama Yeshe, Lama Zopa Rinpoche, Geshe Rabten, Geshe Dhargye. and many other great twentieth-century teachers of the Gelug tradition. He was the main disciple of Pabongka Rinpoche and editor of Liberation in the Palm of Your Hand.
Kyabje Trijang Chocktrul Rinpoche (born October 15, 1982) is the current incarnation of the third Trijang Rinpoche.
