My very dear Jean,Regarding your question about how to have success in your business, there are a few things that it would be good for you to do.

Rinpoche checked and advised the following:

You should check a few places before deciding which house to rent. You may need to do some pujas: incense puja and a tea offering to the eight groups of worldly devas (de gyä).

Rinpoche gave this advice regarding the mantra of the bodhisattva Akashagarbha. This mantra has unbelievable benefits and is especially beneficial when you are going to speak to someone or request something, or when success is particularly important. When giving this advice, Rinpoche had also asked the student to recite four malas of the mantra. 

Dear Tony,My advice is to do various practices to facilitate the work to benefit others. These include:Medicine Buddha PracticeThis practice can be done for any sorts of problems, for success in projects, etc.

Rinpoche explained how the Gyaltsen Tsemö Pung Gyen prayer gives protection from harm, fear, contagious diseases and fire.

Lama Zopa Rinpoche advised that the following prayers and mantra are beneficial for clearing obstacles. 

1) NAMO DHARMAKAYA SAMBOKAYA NIRMAKAYA, TATHAGATA, DHANA PARAMITA, SHILA PARAMITA, KANTI PARAMITA, BRIYA PARAMITA, DHANA PARAMITA, PRANYA PARAMITA, SARVA DHARMA SHUNYATA SVAHA.

Action Mantra for Completion of SuccessI prostrate to the Three Precious SublimesI prostrate to the BuddhaI prostrate to the DharmaI prostrate to the Sangha

This is the practice to pacify the shortcomings of time, date, star, and so forth, and to accomplish success. Remember the buddhas and bodhisattvas who are in the direction where you are going.
